Given request of transfer in December but not getting NOC from them...i am not able to do business in new company and facing lot of financial problem due to this...
please help in getting noc from max new york for shifting to tata aig

If Max Life does not issue
If Max Life does not issue NOC for 90 days after your request, the company's agent code issued to you would be deemed invalid and you should feel free to work with another company. Please further cross check on this before going ahead.
