sir i ve puchased a reliance GSM sim card on 18th Dec 09.
i ve submitted all the required documents bt my services has been barred on 23 dec 09 eve by sending a message that documents not recieved.till now i ve submitted my documents three times to my dealer as there is no reliance web world in jaisalmer (raj.) bt my services are still barred and no reply from reliance customer care. i had also recharged my sim with india calling card of rs 650/- which is goin in vain with out use.There is no service fcility to ensure d gud service .if u can help me with this inconvenience.

i have been begning this problem i have to activate WAP ACTRESS services this is very big problem i wan to deactive this service becoze it have dedicated 30 rs. on my account. thanks
