I have send an sms to 53733f or activating 1p/sec scheme from my mobile no 9420865436 on 19/11/09 at7.20pm and the amount for activation deducted from my balance but no acknowledgement for the deduction & the scheme also not activated.When i tried contact customer care number9400024365,I received the message as I am not permitted to call this nimber& I tried to call through 123, they ask to contact customercare executive press 4 but while pressing they replied as the code does not exit.Please improve the bsnl services to customers & activate the scheme for that the amount deducted from my balance
