PHILIPS LCD NOT WORKING SINCE I BOUGHT

Dear Sir,
on 17th January 2010 I bought a 32" LCD TV Model 32PFL3504D/F7 from Walmart Store in Memphis , USA. Before asking I repeatedly asked that sales person regarding the compatibility & warrenty. That person insited that Philips products carry a international warrenty - so I should not be worried.

Today 30.08.2010 I have purchased one bed with mattreses from M/s. Modfurn, Behala Showroom, salesman Mr. Kuntal Ghosh. Morning I told them taht my mother 73 years old had a hip fracture operation will be released from Nursing Home today evening and therefor we need a single bed for her, but subject to your timely delivery and good things.
