Mobile DND -Receiving the Promo SMS even after starting DND since 4 months frm Airtel

I am Vamsee subscriber of Airtel pre-paid num: "9908864499''
I have started DND 4 months back for my number
On calling the Airtel CC, got the following info about my airtel account:
DND requested on: 15 APRIL 2010
DND on force from: 30 MAY 2010

Still, I am getting the promo SMS es all time in day and night. sometimes getting messages in midnight and early mornings too

Non refund in lieu of u/s monitor

My samsung Monitor(sl no HA19H9FQ634521) went U/S 3 months back. After
2-3 futile visits by samsung technician I was informed that they will
refund my money. that to with some 35% depreciation charges. Repeated
call to banglore repair center give me same old reply that your refund
is in progress. will be intimated to you soon but 1 and half month

one month before i have applied air tel broad band connection at from that day , today , tomorrow , with in 2 days and etc and some techinical rubbish reason , if i ask air tel they divert to agent or distributer , some time the rep will not pick up the phone , Air tel which i thought is not in practical for just 250 Rs.
