My fatherin law had purchased Kanaka Shree Single Premium Policy In feb 2005 Policy no 10100221 fm AMP Sanmar for Rs 25000/. Subsequently AMP Sanmar Was taken over by Reliance and we received intimation about the same in March 2006. Finally we received an intimation in Jan 2010 stating the above policy is maturing in Feb 24 2010 and maturity benefit as 14088.51.

Just before 36 hrs have purchased Mobile 7210supernova (Invoice number WB613, on from the mobile store ,kolkata,S.P.Mukherjee Rd. near Bata.

Now faced problem with the defective set and want to change with other set but The mobile store refuse to do this .
Again requested them to change my set under warranty set from their store .

Non-receipt of Mediclaim I-card

I had purchased BOI National Swastha Bima Policy No 253501/48/09/8500000508 dated 10.8.09 for the period 10.8.09 to 9.8.10. Even after 6 months I have not received the I-Card. When I enquired with Bank/Customer Care official I was told that it has been sent, but I have not got it till date. Despite personal visits at their branch problem could not be solved. Officials are simply not interested.

The company sent me stale cheques which were returned and never bother to replace them since May 2007. Toatl amount of cheques not repalced is Rs. 40941/-. TDS Certificates for the years 2006-07 and 2008-09 not sent.

THE COMPANY NOW DEMANDS COST OF THE BASE(HEATING SYSTEM) WHICH IS Rs.2000/- to replace the defective system.The base is with the company. We want new Base free of cost as it has become defective within the guarantee period.

mobile office reception very poor

sir iam using airtel prepaid sim connection no 9995614463. Iam using Airtel GPRS service (Mobile Office) for the last 2 years,from starting itself the speed was very low but managable, but now it was very poor that i can not load pages, connection fails, very low speed and download not possible.

I hav send many mess to register myself to DND category, but it goes all in vain ...as i don't want to be disturb from any waste call or any messge,despite of my many messges to DND on 1909, they didnt respond at all. & now I am very much depressed with this issue, i want to launch a compalint .
