changed tariff plan without my notice
Hello,
I am from andhra pradesh and my number is 9963342668. my number came with 50ps per minute for 1 year offer. on 31st December 2009 i have noticed that my calls are charging per second plan, but i haven't activated this plan! I have contacted customer care, they replied u might be activated that offer, later time i have talked with their supervisor namely Anil. He told me, on December 20th i have received their promotional call and activated that seconds plan by pressing keys! Actually I haven't get any call from Airtel and I didn't activated that plan through sms, by call or by e recharge! This is ridiculous! they are suppressing their faults by telling that i have activated that offer through their promotional call! I am 100% sure that I haven't get any call and mostly on that day I am on other number, see how injustice this is! they are telling me get recharge by Rs.32/- to get my previous 50ps plan. very poor and bad service by your team & network, I demand Justice...
