HEATING SYSTEM(BASE) OF THE STEAMAKE BECAME DEFUNCT WITHIN GUARANTEE PERIOD. THE COMPANY NOW DEMANDS COST OF THE BASE(HEATING SYSTEM) WHICH IS Rs.2000/- to replace the defective system.The base is with the company. We want new Base free of cost as it has become defective within the guarantee period.
