Broadband Service

Bad Broadband Service , plus customer service was provide to me. 10 complaints was given to Relience and 1 Trouble Ticket no. of which 7-8 was only monday within two months , their signal is shut-down in evening of sunday and monday broadband and phone was dead. Customer care said " Power was shut-down only by keeper where they had fix it". Company don't see their any fault.

I had logged a complaint for slow speed of my Broadband (Customer id: 376448543046). An engineer was sent today (9th Feb) to look into it. But he did come without his own laptop and used my personal laptop to check the fault. He handled my laptop so carelessly that he spoilt the Shift key and now Shift key is not working properly. This is such a case which I can't take lightly.

unnecessary bills

I requested for disconnection of the reliance broadband connection in some day around the first week of september 2008. But when i raised the request, the representative told me that there is some issue with their system(Is that my fault...?). With in 2-3 days of raising this request i vacated that house.
