Unable to connect internet to laptop

I am unable to use internet through my mob no.-9453869924,in laptop. I had used all types of settings but nothing works,customer care of bsnl is not capable of providing any help,I am having a net pack of Rs. 274,help me otherwise it will all go wasted.

not any action on complain no H22050038 customer care of bsnl

sir,
i had complaint in the bsnl customer care on 22 aug 2010
about a problem regarding not connecting my call to a UP bsnl number ie,07376131766.
sir i am not able to call above number from my bsnl number ie,09530177366.
i had repeatedly called bsnl customer care but they only reply...that it is in que.

unable to use internet while roaming

I am unable to access internet in karnataka. I have a sim of jharkhand with internet plans active but in karnataka i am unable to access it. I get a message as "packet data not available"/"link not available"?"packet data access point unavaialble". I think the problem is that the network here is not able to recognise my phone. My mobile no. is 8986891682
(BSNL prepaid).

Less payment of provisional pension.

I am retired as Teacher on 31.07.2004 from S.B.School, Nirsa-3, Maithon, Dhanbad. I use to receive my provisional pension from SBI/Chirkunda branch [code-3988]. My pension started with amount of Rs 5796.00. After 6th pay commission i received the last amount of Rs.9529.00 in the month of May'2009.

wrongly charged

their no downloads,they have charged me for surfing also,hence bill goes from rs-250 to rs-1800.noone giving proper answer.

Broadband Speed

My telephone no.: 2554795, residing at Durgapur, in our Exchange broadband speed is 125Kbps to 325Kbps, after complain to BSNL Industrial exchange, they are telling that speed is more than 3Mbps. kindly correct my broadband connection as early as possible
