cant connect internet

I have broadband connection with no 25306876 under plan 750.My internet goes out of order every 7 days per month right from the date I took it ie on 05/07/2008.Recently my internet got dead on 11/03/2010 and till today ie 17/03/2010 there is no improvement.The staffs are technical incompetent and inefficient.I had to take new connection from different company because of their negligence.I don't ne

Can not able to call on two bsnl nos

From last two days my BSNL no. is having some problem. There is two BSNL local nos (9467179338 & 9416988985) when i called these nos the message comes : check the no you have dialled & my call disconnected automatically. I have checked the nos both are correct and i can receive the calls from the same nos but can not able to to make calls.

B.S.N.L network service in up(e) Mirzapur Bina

I O.P. Malviya am a B.S.N.L user since more than 5 years. I am very disappointing to say that B.S.N.L services in U.P East region i.e. service in Mirzapur Bina is really improper. Due to which I and many others users are facing a lot of inconvenience. We are forced to use other mobile services. Sir I request to kindly take any corrective action as soon as possible.
