THIS IS KAVITHA AND MY MOBLIE NUMBER IS 9894295072 . I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 30 FOR AIRTEL FRIENDZ CHAT WHICH I HAVEN'T ACTIVATED . SO KINDLY REFUND MY AMOUNT.EVEN THE LAST TIME I GOT THE SAME TECHNICAL MISTAKE AND IT WAS CORRECTED BUT I AM GETTING THE SAME COMPLAINT. WHY SHOULD I LOSE MY MONEY FOR THE SERVICE WHICH I HAVENT ACTIVATED. I HAVE BEEN SENDING MAILS REGARDING THIS TO 121@AIRTELINDIA.COM BUT I HAVENT GOT ANY POSTIVE REPLY FROM YOU. IF THIS IS CONTINUED YOU WILL LOSE ALL THE VALID CUSTOMERS LIKE ME AS I AM THE CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL FOR A LONG TIME.KINDLY LOOK INTO IT AND REFUND MY AMOUNT AND DEACTIVATE THIS SERVICE AND IN FUTURE I WONT THIS TO BE CONTINUED.
