Approval for Insurance Agency Transfer after TERMINATION not given after 3 months.

I have been Terminated by the company as AGENT due to unable to meet TARGET as per criteria. After that I applied for TATA AIG agency for transfer but even after 3 months of application, the process of APPROVAL from SBI LIFE INSURANCE is pending due to which I am unable to join TATA AIG also.

I was working with tataaig lic ltd ABDM.i have resigned from the company on nov 2008 but till now iam not get pf from the company.sir ,i have already given filled form to hr and he told me it will come to my home within 45 days but almost one year gone till now not given any reply.please help me to get the above

Given request of transfer in December but not getting NOC from them...i am not able to do business in new company and facing lot of financial problem due to this...

please help in getting noc from max new york for shifting to tata aig
