mobile office reception very poor

sir iam using airtel prepaid sim connection no 9995614463. Iam using Airtel GPRS service (Mobile Office) for the last 2 years,from starting itself the speed was very low but managable, but now it was very poor that i can not load pages, connection fails, very low speed and download not possible.

GPRS problem,jabalpur customer executive does't reply

sir,i am activating GPRS service on my number:-9893718911.iam activating one day GPRS package and according to rule it have to be audomatically deactivated after one day.but it not happen.i don't know without sending any message how this service still continous for the next day also.
