BSNL Land Line Complaint

This is frequent problem am facing every 15 days my phone get dead once we lodge a complaint no one turns up immediately we need to give a reminder to them, recently my phone got disturbance. I have lodged a complaint by complaint number. Phone No. 04884285518.

Dead phone

Dear Sir,
My BSNL Landline phone (079-23230252) is dead since last 10 days. Complaint is made on Auto System (3-4 times) which take the complaint only one time, gives the complaint number and thats all.
This is third time happening with me.

Landline not working

my bsnl landline phone is not working since 20 th of july 2009,i have filed my complaints in the local telephone exchange and in in bsnl head ofice haridwar.
But there is no response.

open outgoing and incoming calls

pls kindly open the my landline telephone becouse their is no worked for outgoing calls and incoming call their are announced pls comfirm your account officer but sir i had paid my all telephone bills pls kindly help me and solve my problem .

my phone 01334-252713 is not working from more then 03 months, please give the reason and return me the rent for above period.
