refusing to give cash memo and rude behaviour

Sir,
On 27th jan,2010,i bought a fancy watch, worth Rs.309,from the kwality gift house,new alipore,kolkata.I asked for the cash memo but the shopkeeper simply denied.
when i forced they came up with a piece of paper claiming it as the cash memo,but to my surprise it was illegitimate as there were no shop name even.

Defective footware

I bought a pair of shoes manufactured by Woodland company on 7th Feb 2009 from its authentic showroom in Tarabai Park Kolhapur. One of the shoes has been torned off from the joints. When I approached to Showroom and requested for either replacement or repair but to my surprise, they refused to replace and were not even ready to repair it saying the warranty period is only of three months.
