wrong debit

On 31009 i have used the card for a sum of Rs.5165 at Aditya auto store coimbatore I find from the statement dt 141009 that the sum of Rs.5165 has been debited twice in my account
Aditya auto stores
have confirmed that
they have received a payment of Rs.5165 only
on 31009 and produced a statement in
proof of the
same

abuses by collection dept. staff

My ABN Amro bank credit card no-5415 3823 3226 8465.
I stopped payment of the card dues after being threathened by the collection dept. quite sometime ago, a result of miscommunication within the bank itself, . The bank system couldnot track my payment record at the time even when I was hoding the paid receipt in my hand.

statment not recived

my easy cash a/c no:7777 7777 7319 1944 past four monts i have not recived the statment how i pay the amount you send the stetment then only i pay the amount other vise i wont pay the money take it serious and sent the statment

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am holding an ABNAMRO credit card for the last 2 years having card
No:5415382325910156.
on behalf of the payment,on7th Oct 2008 amount of Rs.2753.51 debited
automatically from
my saving account of ABN AMRO bank having card N0-5318200003398197.
I didn't give any instruction to Credit card department for any auto debit
from my saving accounts for my credit card payments.
