Can not able to call on two bsnl nos

From last two days my BSNL no. is having some problem. There is two BSNL local nos (9467179338 & 9416988985) when i called these nos the message comes : check the no you have dialled & my call disconnected automatically. I have checked the nos both are correct and i can receive the calls from the same nos but can not able to to make calls. I have already logged a call yesterday at customer care my ticket no is C141200435 but my proble is not resolved till now. My cell no. is 9467832654. Please do the needful at earliest i am badly dispointed with BSNL. This is very poor service.
