I’d like to inform you about my problem, My tel no. 01581-222883. Last one year I am using broadband connection.I am paying monthly in timely. Last three month i had Plan 250 broadband connection plan.( feb,march & april). After ending april (18 April-09)I changed my plan, I gave to application to JTO (LADNUN)for Plan Home 500 C plus. But He told me 1st may -09 ur plan will be changed. that time i demand for portal id. He reply me now i am busy, u gave me ur mob no. i’ll send u later. now after one month (10 june 09)he gave me portal id. but he didn’t changed my plan in may. In may running 250 plan. but i have already submited application for changed Plan ( Home 500 C +)to 18-april-09. but now May 09 bill is big amount Rs.2554.Now i cant affored it . JTO accept his mistake, but they accept his mistake. but they didn’t solve my problem till now. I am not satisfied his service. my bill last date 22-06-09. I am right & its my wright. I need satisfied answer but they didn’t. I want Rs.2554 this amount convert to my new plan Home 500 C Plus.I have already introduced my problem to Nagour Office (01582-240400).but not satisfied answer.they told me we dont know & dont call me agian.U can aslo discussed about this.I can’t pay for this bill (May -2009) Rs. 2554. If they convert this amount in plan 500 C plus. then i will pay..I request u plz solve my problem. its not my fault.I have already gave application to changed my Plan in 18 april. but they didn’t changed .Now they changed Plan 500 C plus in June .But last bill is too big amount.I can’t afford.Plz do somthing. (Broadband Plans: Start up 250 Plan,1GB download,after 90 paise per MB.) & (Broadband Plan: Home 500 C Plus,2.5 GB download,after 90 paise per MB.)
Once again plz solve my problem.I’ll be very thank ful to u. My bill last date 22/06/09. I’ll wait for ur ind reply. so plz reply soon asap.
