Dear Sir/Madam,
Ref.to your letter dated 2nd Dec.2009 regarding the non payments of bill Rs.2427.64.
I have already withdraw the connection since 5 months back.The withdrawal letter already submitted to airtel dealer situated at Barmana(HP).During the time of withdraw my connection,all outstanding dues has already been paid further i have also mentioned in withdraw letter for refund of security deposit RS.500.
Since last 5 months i have not recieved my security ammount and you have charged late payment charges time to time.
I once again requesting you to close my airtel account and refund my security deposit.otherwise i will go through legal procedure.
Hope you will consider my request for good relationship and fair business.
